Payment policy

RuneVault displays the authoritative total before an order is submitted. Card details are collected only by the configured payment processor and are never entered directly into RuneVault servers.

BTC and USDC payments must use the exact asset, amount, address, and network shown for the order. USDC payments are accepted only on Base. Customers are responsible for network fees and for avoiding unsupported networks.

Crypto submissions remain pending until manually verified. A transaction hash or uploaded proof does not by itself establish payment. Duplicate, incomplete, or unrelated transaction submissions may be rejected.

Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the refund policy and the order status. This draft requires owner and legal approval before launch.
