Before payment

After payment
Once payment is submitted, cancellation becomes a manual review rather than an automatic guarantee.
Delivery
Assigned or delivering orders may no longer be cancellable. Staff reviews timing and fulfillment records.
Expiration
Unpaid orders may expire automatically and release reserved inventory.
